HR Case and Knowledge
HR Case and Knowledge is an overview of HR hierarchy and overall framework in ServiceNow including CEO, Topic Categories, Topic Details, and HR Services.
Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) covers Plugins, Guided Setup, HR Admin, HR Profiles / sys_user, COE/TC/TD/HR Services, Cases, Knowledge, and HR Integrations (Workday). Human Resources Scoped Apps: Core is the main scoped application in ServiceNow. In some versions of ServiceNow, there are two versions of the scoped app. Be sure to install the version with the following ID: com.sn_hr_core. David Self goes into ServiceNow to explore the additional key features.
Documents and e-signatures are important in the HR space. The demonstration will show how you can create templates and pass data from forms into documents, store them and send them when needed.
Employee Service Center (ESC)
The Employee Service Center (ESC) is another term for the Human Resource Portal. The newest version was released in Madrid.
The portal includes My Requests, To-dos, multiple knowledge bases, multiple catalogs, and targeted content by using content delivery. The demonstration will explore the unique configurations that make up the portal used with HR Services.
