This ServiceNow Story features Ryan Gillespie, GlideFast Technical Architect, and ServiceNow Rising Star, based out of Columbus, OH.
How were you first introduced to ServiceNow? What was your first job using the platform?
I was first introduced to ServiceNow as an IT Asset and Configuration Manager! We used ServiceNow to manage our IT assets and our configuration items. It was a really fun building process and procedure, leveraging the platform. We basically built out SAM and HAM Pro before they were a thing! It was a great experience, and in the few years I was in that position, our team saved the company millions of dollars leveraging ServiceNow!

What are your plans for the future in your career and in the ServiceNow industry?
My future plan for my career within the ServiceNow industry is to work alongside Bill McDermott.
