How were you first introduced to ServiceNow? What was your first job using the platform?
I was first introduced to the GREAT ServiceNow Platform back in 2008 by then my Manager Michael Yee (now Chief Solutions Officer at GlideFast). We both worked together to migrate our IT Service Management offering from Tech Excel to ServiceNow.

ITSM, ITOM, P&A. (CSA, CAD). Interested in GRC and AI
What are your plans for the future in your career and in the ServiceNow industry?
Need to crack GRC Certifications and work on many many integrations to simplify the businesses. Sales and Training are other areas of interest in the ServiceNow industry.
