Boston, Massachusetts — The GlideFast Consulting team is partnering with APPOXIO Technologies to allow ServiceNow customers to proactively prepare for crises with an integrated app and portal called the APPOXIO Emergency Response Accelerator.
The partnership allows customers to benefit from GlideFast’s wealth of experience in implementing and configuring custom applications combined with APPOXIO’s customized self-service portal and developed functionality that connects ServiceNow's Emergency Apps to bring an easy-to-use solution to emergency response for organizations around the world.

The Triage function developed by GlideFast is a configurable questionnaire available to employees in the service portal. It helps to determine appropriate next steps based on symptoms reported.
APPOXIO’s Emergency Response Accelerator is an integrated application and portal solution. The portal pairs GlideFast's Triage function with APPOXIO's eye for design for a fresh take on the look and feel from ServiceNow's out of the box product. It also adds a layer of back-end logic that ties together the Self Report, Exposure Management and Emergency Outreach apps from ServiceNow so organizations can respond faster and more efficiently during emergency situations.
