At GlideFast Consulting, we are dedicated to helping our customers see the benefits and value of their ServiceNow implementation come to life. Sometimes, that’s a lot easier for us to do with visual aids. We’re looking for a Communication Content Specialist who can work with our Leadership team to translate ideas to stunning visual content.
Responsibilities
* Communicate with our Leadership teams to gather requirements and participate in discussions to clarify requirements and provide input on design choices
* Produce high-end functional interface designs for customer-facing business materials (e.g. welcome kits, project status reports, email campaigns, project plans, misc. professional services documents)
* Work with our Marketing team to ensure all GlideFast content is in alignment
* Create best in class output with Powerpoint overviews, job aids, welcome kits for customers, occasional email communication, executive & status reviews in PPT, etc.
* Turn business documents into high-class customer-facing material
* Manage all collateral for the Delivery team
Qualifications
* Preference to 1-2 days/week onsite at our office in Waltham, MA
* Expert at Powerpoint Genius/word/pdf’s. Graphic skills. Communications specialist
* A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional interactive work for a variety of clients and industries must be submitted to be considered for this role.
* A degree in graphic design, UI design or similar creative field
* Passion for clean design, love of typography, knowledge of color theory, desire to solve problems in an innovative manner, and eagerness to continually learn/grow
* Strong creative and critical thinking skills
* High-level knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator as well as additional experience with PowerPoint or Google Slides
* Good business acumen. The ability to turn a raw business document into an easy-to-consume customer-facing output
* Exceptional communication skills, as well as strong analytical skills, and work ethic
* Must be detail-oriented and ambitious
