As an Office Coordinator, you will be a crucial member of our daily operations. You will manage a variety of office tasks and gain invaluable experience by supporting our office in our Cincinnati, Ohio

Responsibilities

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Manage incoming phone calls and correspondence (Email, letters, deliveries, shipments, etc)

* Support Finance Team with reporting on bills received

* Maintain general upkeep of the office, and restock supplies as needed

* Coordinate office visits for guests and facilitate with transportation planning

* Arrange lunches for the office and orchestrate delivery/ pickup

* Order gifts for various company/employee occasions

* Coordinate with company vendors and order swag

* Assist with swag shipments to employees

* Welcome visitors and internal employees with a cheerful disposition

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Support IT, Operations, and HR with related administrative tasks

Qualifications

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

* 1-3 years in an administrative role in a corporate setting

* Working proficiency with Microsoft Office

* Working proficiency with Google Suite

REQUIRED SOFT SKILLS:

* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

* Excellent time management and organization skills

* Demonstrated ability to learn in a fast-paced tech environment

* Be a proactive team player with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

* Maintain professionalism and an energetic disposition

EDUCATION:

* BA/BS Degree education preferred
