As an Inside Sales and Marketing Specialist with GlideFast Consulting, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales via phone, email, and other digital channels. You will also support the marketing team in executing campaigns and initiatives to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Location: Remote
Travel Requirements: 25% or less
Employment Status: Full-time
Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate leads and qualify prospects
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns and initiatives to drive brand awareness and engagement
* Use CRM to manage leads and opportunities and track progress towards sales goals
* Build and maintain relationships with prospects and customers to nurture sales opportunities
* Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide feedback on product positioning and messaging
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
* Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and identify new business opportunities
Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in inside sales and marketing roles
* Experience with CRM software
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
* Knowledge of digital marketing tactics and tools, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media
* Experience with product demos and presentations
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred
