As an Operations Specialist with GlideFast Consulting, you are responsible for assisting with the smooth and efficient functioning of the organization’s day-to-day operations. You will work with a variety of GlideFast teams providing support across the organization. This is an ever-evolving growth opportunity to learn and support various GlideFast teams including, but not limited to, Operations, HR, Marketing, Finance and Office Administration team.
Responsibilities
* Assist the Sales Operation Manager and sales team with the maintenance and data integrity of the CRM
* Assist the Office Manager with all office tasks- including but not limited to answering phones, collecting packages and the day to day upkeep of the Waltham office.
* Stock office supplies, fax/scan and notarize
* Support the Marketing team with swag campaigns and other marketing initiatives
* Support the HR team with initiatives as needed
* Support the finance team as needed
* Assist with internal projects as assigned by the COO/CDO or other leadership
* Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Support internal improvement projects and organization maturity efforts
* Any other duties and tasks assigned by the manager
Qualifications
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software applications
EDUCATION:
* BA/BS Degree education preferred
