As a Sales Operations Manager at GlideFast Consulting, you will  lead our sales operation function and work closely with our sales, delivery, and resourcing leadership to support our organization’s growth and upward trajectory. This is a key role with executive-level visibility, a finger on the pulse of the overall business, and broad impact on the trajectory of our sales organization for someone who exhibits intellectual curiosity and rigor and is motivated innately to tackle some of the most critical challenges we face as an organization. 

You will  successfully develop, maintain, and deliver data-driven financial and sales reporting for our leadership team. Reporting to our Vice President of Sales, you will contribute by implementing best practices across the sales organization through optimizing processes, refining data, and defining the true sales pipeline.  Your broad strategic responsibilities create an opportunity to directly influence the trajectory of the business that will drive higher revenue and growth.  To be successful in this role you must be a highly motivated self-starter with a strong track record of analytical thinking, who is able to bring together multiple sources of data to generate insights and business recommendations and optimizations.

Responsibilities



* Own our CRM system and implement best practices and enhancements to drive efficiency, insights and a robust pipeline as well as lead-to-revenue management resulting in increased close rates and faster sales velocity

* Research, track and analyze data to create sales forecasts

* Build a reporting process to measure, manage, and optimize data

* Provide reporting as needed in relation to pipeline, win/loss data, projects with low hours, and trends to Leadership

* Develop the metrics and KPI’s to communicate out reliable data and insights and measure them against results

* Own CRM data cleanup, maintenance and advanced reporting

* Identify training opportunities and coordinate with the learning and development team. At times, lead seminars for all-sales-team meetings.

* Develop training and documentation for new process implementations for the sales and presales teams

* Maintain regular meeting cadence with sales leadership and key stakeholders

* Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to create best-in-class lead generation and funnel management that leads to better insights, increased efficiency, and greater revenue for the business

* Work with the IT Department on CRM updates and enhancements

* Assist with the onboarding and internal training of new Sales Reps

* Review and approve sales commissions

* Operate with a high degree of autonomy

Qualifications



* Business Administration or related degree preferred

* Sales Operations experience with the ability to bring together multiple sources of data and generate reporting and insights as well as business recommendations

* Experience with CRM reporting and data analysis

* Experience collecting and presenting statistical data and summary reports

* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

* Communication skills and an ability to partner effectively across the organization from the individual contributor to senior leadership level, and be comfortable asking questions and challenging the status quo

* Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

The starting pay range for this role is $80,000-100,000. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including actual work location, relevant experience (internal or external), technical skills, and other qualifications.
