As a Training Coordinator with GlideFast Consulting, LLC you direct the communication and direction of training engagements aligning with the objectives and strategy of the company. This position proactively monitors and maintains high levels of quality, accuracy, process consistency and opportunities for improvement for the training team and training engagements. This coordinator develops and manages the relationship with the client in support of GlideFast's rapid growth strategy with a focus on quality, scalability and profitability.
Responsibilities
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Maintain external training engagements, including customer communications and resource management
* Schedule client and internal meetings for training engagements
* Manage internal training requests
* Work in partnership with clients to provide best practice solutions to meet their training needs
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Design and maintain internal training programs to improve necessary skills for all GlideFast employees
* Educate the Company with knowledge around training offerings
* Establish leads for the GlideFast sales team
* Maintain current certifications
* Maintain external training engagements, including customer communications and resource management

* Expertise in leading multiple project engagements at once
* Proven ability to lead and plan out resource management
* Excellent customer communication skills

* Excellent team-building, organization, and leadership skills
* Remain disciplined and self-directed
* Maintain strong communication, presentation, and writing skills
* Maintain professionalism and an uninterrupted work environment during all client meetings and interactions
