As a Training Coordinator with Glidefast Consulting, LLC, you will ensure training is scheduled in an efficient and timely manner.


* Coordinate resource plans with trainers and engagement managers

* Coordinate training deliverable dates with engagement managers, trainers, and clients

* Communicate with clients concerning training deliverables and expectations

* Review financial closing of internal and external training projects

* Design and develop training programs (outsourced and/or in-house)

* Market available training to employees and provide necessary information about sessions

* Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after educational session

* Maintain updated curriculum database and training records

* Proven work experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator or similar role

* Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques

* Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments

* Strong communication skills
