As a Release Train Engineer with GlideFast Consulting, you will lead large-scale/transformational IT programs. The RTE will lead the delivery of multiple enterprise-wide IT solutions with focus on SaaS solution implementations and IT enterprise application development.

We are looking for an experienced Release Train Engineer to lead large-scale/transformational IT programs. The RTE will lead the delivery of multiple enterprise-wide IT solutions with focus on SaaS solution implementations and IT enterprise application development.
Qualifications:
7+ years as a project/program manager/RTE within an agile team applying scrum/ Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)Expert knowledge of Agile/SAFe principles and practices, with extensive experience working in an Agile/SAFe environmentMust be skilled and seasoned Agilist - RTE/Solution Train expertiseExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the proven ability to effectively communicate with clients and across the different levels of the organizationExperience in dealing with multiple projects and cross-functional teams, and ability to coordinate across teams in a large matrix organization environmentCertified Release Train Engineer (RTE) in SAFeBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent educational or professional experience and/or qualifications
Responsibilities:
As an RTE you will be guiding and supporting an agile release train (ART) that supports a large scale client digital transformationYou will lead and facilitate program level ceremonies that support the delivery of epics and featuresYour core responsibilities will be enabling teams through facilitation of ceremonies as a true servant leader and to ensure that goals, scope, and budget are met by the teams and ARTYou will improve ART performance by identifying resolution of program impediments and being a change agent with continuous improvement itemsYou will also help to establish an environment where the team can be effective, addressing any team dynamicsWork closely with Product Management, Product Owners, Architects, and other cross-functional teams to plan scope, deliverables, required resources, and timing for new initiativesManage program/project status reporting process and create senior leadership updates on a regular basisSupport Agile teams to proactively detect and resolve potential delays, impediments, or challenging relations (customers, team members, stakeholders, etc.)Facilitate the PI planning event(s) like PI and solution roadmaps, including Epics, MVPs, and early to mature releasesFacilitate PI Planning readiness by fostering a Continuous Exploration process that drives the synthesis of a Vision, a Roadmap, and Backlogs, and through Pre- and Post-PI Planning eventsFacilitate periodic synchronization events, including the ART, Scrum of Scrums, and product owner syncsMentor and coach scrum masters in leadership and Agile practices & mindsets

Responsibilities

Qualifications
* 7+ years as a project/program manager/RTE within an agile team applying scrum/ Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
Expert knowledge of Agile/SAFe principles and practices, with extensive experience working in an Agile/SAFe environment
Must be skilled and seasoned Agilist - RTE/Solution Train expertise
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the proven ability to effectively communicate with clients and across the different levels of the organization
Experience in dealing with multiple projects and cross-functional teams, and ability to coordinate across teams in a large matrix organization environment
Certified Release Train Engineer (RTE) in SAFe
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent educational or professional experience and/or qualifications
