The Director of Talent Acquisition will have a strategic “seat at the table” with executive leadership and report to the Chief People Officer.  This role is one of the most critical and strategic roles we can hire for in order to keep our title as the dominant employer in our industry (we are a highly recognized and admired Elite ServiceNow Consultancy) and to scale our business successfully to 1,000 employees and beyond.  As a Consulting/Services business - people are our product.  This role serves as  the “tip of the spear” for our business and successful delivery to our customers cannot happen without a leader driving our efforts to have the right talent at the right time.  

Serve as a champion of our brand, a leader on the overall HR team and a collaborative team mate who has a passion for what you do and likes to have fun while doing it!

Responsibilities

Develop and support the TA team: Ensure the TA team is well cared for and is working on appropriate priorities that change often. Lend support and guidance to the team and conduct training with the team as needed. Ensure productivity is yielding results. Set a vision for the TA function and develop and drive innovative, leading-edge programs that differentiate us in the market Determine critical data to capture and report on. Establish regular reports to share with leadership such that you and leadership understand the health of the function at a glance. Manage the ATS and other TA systems (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Checkr, etc.). Demonstrate a passion for ATS hygiene and ensure the team adheres to ATS processes. Know how we run our business, become an expert on the ServiceNow product and our industryPartner with HR to develop job competencies and ensure we have a valid, reliable and repeatable selection process.Partner with Marketing to innovate around Employer Brand ensuring we have an enticing presence on our Careers page, LinkedIn, Glassdoor and other outlets as well as recruitment collateral. Develop campaigns. Create and manage ad hoc programs that align with Talent AcquisitionBe a player coach- setting up “plans of attack” when large req loads come is, dividing and conquering, recruit for a subset of reqsDemonstrate creative new ways to source for talent and teach the teamPartner closely with Resourcing, Leadership and the CPO to understand requisition priority which changes regularlyManage accuracy out all TA documentation including FTE Offer letters, 1099 documentation, Agreements, etc. Manage job posting strategyPartner closely with the Chief People Officer on Talent initiatives

Qualifications

7+ years in Talent Acquisition (TA)2+ years managing a Talent Acquisition teams/ teams of RecruitersPrevious Agency experience preferredYou are competitive and driven with exceptional follow through skills. Sense of urgency.You are strategic and understand the big picture of how world-class Talent Acquisition programs and employer brand differentiate and creates competitive advantage; and you know how to build such organizationsYou use data to understand the overall health of the function including but not limited to Recruiter productivity, acceptance/decline rates, time to fill, etc.You build strong personal relationships and easily become a trusted advisor to hiring managers, leadership and team membersExperience with multiple ATS products (Greenhouse, Bullhorn, etc.) and responsibility for ATS hygiene and maximizing ROI on such productsYou have experience setting up various TA programs such as interview programs that are valid, reliable and repeatable, interview training, internal hiring programs, campus recruitment, etc.You are Marketing savvy and understand the foundations of employer brand including innovating around campaigns using Hub Spot, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc. Experience creating Recruiting collateral for candidate engagement throughout the candidate journey and writing and using engaging pitchesYou have a passion for the Talent Acquisition function and for developing the next generation of top-notch TA leaders. Exceptional organizational skills- can keeping multiple work streams progressing to closure simultaneouslyYou are a creative sourcer and talent hunter passionate about differentiating yourself in the market
