Description

As a Tenant Coordinator with GlideFast Consulting, you will assist Tenant Supervising Managers with the coordination of resources, meetings, and resource plans to support the delivery of ServiceNow implementation programs. You will manage program timelines and plan releases to ensure the successful implementation of the program.

Responsibilities

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Provide administrative and coordination support for Tenant deployments, on multiple deployments

* Assist in the development of tenant deployments

* Manage schedule, scope and quality of the tenant deployment

* Provide oversight and management of scope, time and schedule on assigned tenant deployments

* Manage programs using the customer’s SDLC methodology

* Ensure weekly status updates are communicated to customer and Tenant Manager

* Update resource plans on a regular basis as directed by Tenant Manager

* Ensure program collateral is delivered to the customer in a timely manner and centrally stored. This includes, but not limited to, pre-implementation checklists, kick-off meeting and workshop presentation decks, tenant deployment plans and meeting agendas/notes

Qualifications

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

* 1+ year in a technical project coordinator role

* Utilize strong communication, presentation and writing skills

* Maintain current certifications (Agile SCRUM is required)

REQUIRED SOFT SKILLS:

* Strong verbal communication skills

* Work independently as well as part of a team using excellent communication and a positive attitude

* Remain innovative, creative, and self-directed

* Maintain professionalism and an uninterrupted work environment during all client meetings and interactions.

EDUCATION:

* BA/BS Degree education preferred

* Agile SCRUM required
