As Manager of Solutions Consulting, your primary responsibilities will be to drive revenue through the sales pipeline and ensure business development success through the ServiceNow Platform.  You will work in a pre-sales consultant capacity, and will craft solutions to complex problems, while managing a team of highly motivated Solution Consultants.


* Define strategy and execution paths in alignment with Account Executives and their leaders

* Lead sales discovery conversations and support sales as a skilled technical and domain expert

* Review SOW’s (Statement of Work) and ROM’s (Rough Order of Magnitude)

* Scope and build Proof of Concepts/Proof of Value solutions for potential customers

* Ability to demonstrate proficiency with ServiceNow ITSM plus one additional major application suite

* Provide ServiceNow vendor and industry best practice recommendations for ServiceNow implementations to customers

* 2+ years in a pre-sales and solutions consulting position

* 1+ year in a management position

* Ability to demonstrate strong working proficiency with ServiceNow ITSM plus one additional major application suite (ITOM, SAMP, ITBM, SecOps, GRC, CSM, HRSD)

* Excellent business-professional written communication skills

* Ability to create functional POC/POV

* Ability to create business agreements and contracts

* Revise and update SOW’s and ROM’s

* Staying current on product developments/releases to provide guidance to clients

* Uphold excellent time management and organizational skills with an aptitude toward creative problem-solving

* Utilize strong communication and presentation skills demonstrating solutions to audiences of various complexities

* Strong oral communication skills to C-Level leaders with business acumen

* Business professional written communication skills

* Strong oral communication skills to technical customers

* Work independently as well as part of a team using excellent communication and positive attitude

* Remain innovative, creative, and self-directed

* Be a great leader and team player with a record of accomplishment in managing multiple complex tasks
