As an Associate Business Process Consultant with GlideFast Consulting, you will be a part of GlideFast Consulting University, where you will spend 90 days learning to deepen your skillset as a process consultant on the ServiceNow Platform. You will have the opportunity to work directly with our Program Leads to achieve certifications in ServiceNow Fundamentals, ITIL v4, and ServiceNow System Administrator. You will also learn delivery methodologies and related process consultant responsibilities such as writing stories, taking notes, and building collateral.
Our GlideFast Consulting University Associate BPC Program is a hybrid of remote and in person training local to the following cities:

Responsibilities
Build on current platform knowledge by learning new modules and broadening skillset
Utilize strong communication, presentation, and writing skills
Contribute to team development and knowledge sharing through Share the Wealth, training, blogs and team support
Assist with providing reusable collateral to improve overall delivery speed and quality
Obtain new ServiceNow certifications
Volunteer to assist with internal projects

Qualifications
PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
● 2-5 years in a related position, with frequent exposure to the ServiceNow Platform
● Ability to repeatedly meet and exceed performance objectives
● Passion to provide guidance to customers
● Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to a wide range of customer interactions
● Demonstrated people skills, enthusiasm, responsibility, and creativity when delivering solutions to clients
● Strong desire to learn and apply knowledge to future client success
● Excellent written and oral communication skills
● Experience supporting various internal business initiatives and/or client engagements
