As the Senior Director of Strategy and Innovation with Pharicode, you will be serving in a dual Pre-Sales and Delivery capacity. For Pre-Sales efforts, it will include leading Pre-Sales efforts for ServiceNow engagements. For Service Delivery, it will be in a Technical Architecture role. You will also work closely with Pharicode’s Professional Services team to deliver highly successful engagements and determine the best offerings for our clients. This position requires strong leadership skills as well as a broad technical and process knowledge across a wide portfolio of Pharicode’s services and products. In addition, this role requires a proven track record in architecting, designing and participating in the delivery of complex ServiceNow projects. The Senior Director of Strategy and Innovation must be passionate about documenting best practices, standards, and points of view on technical topics while also ensuring consistency and repeatability of our technical solution development.
Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:• Work with Project Delivery teams to assist in resolving issues as they arise• Guide technical delivery team through the solution and development of various solutions across the ServiceNow platform• Design and develop technical solutions for customer projects while utilizing the ServiceNow Platform:o Create Basis of Estimates (BOEs)o Document technical activities in Statements of Work (SOWs)• Provide in-depth details of project scope to delivery teams while also providing guidance and supervision to the team• Prioritize, develop and document technical best practices and standards; champion them within the organization• Partner with business stakeholders, management, teams and customers to identify needs and guide the delivery of cost-effective, high-performance technology engagements• Manage the designing and delivery of tailored ServiceNow solution demonstrations that align to customers' objectives along with key metrics and KPI's to quantify the solution value• Develop and assist with developing future Pharicode playbooks, deliverables , offerings for GTM• Meet with clients, client services and technical delivery/management teams regularly in the support of client enhancement or build projects and sales pursuits• Review and approve SOWs and BOEs drafted by the Pre-Sales TeamSecondary Responsibilities:• Ensure pre-sales employees within their respective areas are being developed and talent is being prepared for future critical contributor and/or leadership roles• Provide career and skill advisement as well as certification guidance to the team• Maintain professionalism and an uninterrupted work environment during all client meetings and interactions• Uphold excellent time management and organizational skills with an aptitude toward creative problem-solving• Recruit and build a team of strategic consultants to deliver across Pharicode existing and future customers
Requirements:• 5+ years experience of solution architecture on the ServiceNow platform• 2+ years experience of proposal development, and/or developing basis of estimates (BOEs)• Utilize strong communication and presentation skills demonstrating solutions to an often complex audienceo Strong oral communication skills to C-Level leaders with business acumeno Business professional written communication skillso Strong oral communication skills to technical customers• Strong organizational and planning skills• Excellent Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills• Maintain current certifications, keep up to date on all ServiceNow Delta releases• Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously• Self-driven mentality

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Math, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics) highly preferred
* Experience with Federal Government contract types and acquisition lifecycle highly preferred
* Active DoD Secret Clearance or eligibility to obtain one, highly preferable
* Remain innovative, creative, and a self-starter
* Working proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
