As a Senior Director of Strategic Partners and Federal Systems Integrators, you will manage existing partner portfolios of regional systems integrators (SI’s), Federal systems integrators (FSI’s), value-added resellers, referral partners and consulting firms across the America’s. You will also build and elite ecosystem of partners who are highly strategic to Pharicode’s (and GlideFast’s) medium- and long- term revenue goals and objectives.


Lead the expansion of FSI, SI and Solution Provider business that drives consistent and predictable bookings for implementation services, advisory consulting, managed services, innovative cloud offerings and resell (if/when resell makes sense).

Plan, organize, and direct overall sales activities and budget associated with partner portfolio business: including project/program capture, identifying/engaging new partners, negotiating teaming agreements, joint marketing and developing executive relationships.

Collaborate with sales, engineering, marketing and distributor(s) to drive demand generation activities with partners

Create competitive displacement programs aimed at increasing the value of Pharicode with end-user’s as well as strategic vendors

Maintain strong relationships with strategic vendors including but not limited to: ServiceNow, Microsoft, Rubrik, Snowflake and CompTIA.
