The Director of Technical Services (DTS) identifies a client’s needs and oversees the delivery of the services within the context of the business. The foundation of this position is establishing processes to provide consistently high levels of customer service in a cost-effective manner. Service delivery is responsible for managing a team and oversee all employees within the service delivery department. The role reports directly to the Chief Operations Officer (COO).
Responsibilities
● Manages the company’s IT Service Delivery leveraging internal and vendor-provided services in the planning, implementation and support of hosted and internally developed products and end user services
● Manages the performance and availability of technical resources
● Coordinates with internal/external project team in leading end user service delivery implementation plans and ensures completion of projects on schedule and within budget
● Provides leadership, direction and coordination of staff employees to include recruitment, training, staff development, performance management, and disciplinary actions
● Develops and oversees the annual operating budget
● Provides guidance on technical resources within the organization
● Manages to budget targets established by top tier management
● Establishes and maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, adheres to policies, procedures, and protocols, and promotes company values
● Recommends policies and procedures to upper management and assists with implementing approved changes
● Self-starter with a record of accomplishment in managing multiple complex projects.

● Any other duties and tasks assigned by the COO
