Description

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for overseeing the overall business operations strategy that is crucial for the growth and success of the company. The CEO is responsible for balancing the internal operating requirements of the Company with external Stakeholder relationships that not only boost employee morale but drive the profitability of the organization. This position will report directly to the Managing Partners of the Company.

Responsibilities

Owning delivery of all Executive Level Reporting such as Project Health Quadrants, RISK plans,etc. Oversee all operations and business activities Owning delivery of all sales projections, pipeline reports, and growth estimates. Responsible for health of external vendor and partner relationships (EX: ServiceNow) Responsible for successful implementation of processes and procedures as directed by theManaging Partners Track and maintain employee billable utilization Maintain quality by enforcing quality policies and procedures Maintain industry knowledge on quality excellence and innovation Supervise the daily administration of the organization's offices and the facilities  Develop high-quality business strategies and plans, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives Train a high performing managerial team Encourage employee engagement Make high-quality investing decisions Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies Ensure the company’s complicity with legal and business ethics Review financial and non-financial reports Give advice for improvement and suggestions for solution  Build trusting relations with key partners and stakeholders Train, motivate and lead others Analyze problematic situations and suggest solutions  Keep abreast of the markets and industry trends Disciplined, self-directed and a team motivator...a great leader and team player! Any other duties and tasks assigned by the Managing Partners

Qualifications

Previous working experience as CEO  MA in business administration or similar relevant field Experience in developing, planning and implementing successful strategies In-depth knowledge of corporate governance, finance and performance management principles Familiarity with various business functions such as marketing, sales, finance, HR etc. Outstanding organizational and time management skills Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation Excellent communication and public speaking skills Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
