At GlideFast Consulting, we are dedicated to helping our customers see the benefits and value of their ServiceNow implementation come to life.

As a Marketing Assistant with GlideFast Consulting, you will be onsite at our GlideFast Headquarters providing support to the GlideFast Consulting and Pharicode, LLC Marketing and Operations Team.  You will wear multiple hats and have the opportunity to be involved in many aspects of the business- primarily Marketing but additionally Operations and Administration.


* Assist Marketing team with planning, organizing and executing company events

* Assist in the creation and execution of email campaigns, customer surveys, social media campaigns, case studies, and all other content creation projects

* Develop and create relevant content topics to reach target audience on all social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram)

* Assist with Sales and Marketing alignment activities

* Manage GlideFast and Pharicode website maintenance and assist in the creation of new pages for job descriptions, blog posts, and event updates

* Assist with field marketing activities and logistics

* Assist with the on-boarding of new employees such as set up weekly on-boarding meetings & order/send out business cards and swag

* Order company swag, collateral , Go-live cakes for customers, and employee gifts

* Assist with company fundraisers and charitable donations

* Manage employee account Creation in Space, Slack, and the ServiceNow Partner Portal

* Perform administrative tasks in Space (our Internal company knowledge base portal)

* Stock office with supplies

* Assist with IT asset management and the ordering of employee equipment

* Coordinate and book employee travel, accommodation and transportation

* Monitor the reception desk and answer phones

* Perform any other duties and task assigned by the manager

* 1-2 years of Marketing experience

* Bachelor’s degree required

* Basic understanding of marketing and event principles and best practices

* Experience coordinating social media in a professional setting or course of study

* Excellent communication and organizational skills

* Experience using MS Office programs, Google Docs, WIX, HubSpot, Sprout Social, PowerPoint (including design and graphics)

* Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus
