As an Office Manager with GlideFast Consulting, you will be onsite at our GlideFast Headquarters, providing support to the GlideFast Consulting and Pharicode, LLC Operations and Resourcing Team as well as acting as an office manager. You will assist the Operations Manager and VP of Operations to manage the flow of the Operations department and optimize day-to-day activities by completing clerical and administrative tasks related to the functionality of the organization.
Review all employee’s expenses and timecards- escalating all issues/concerns to the VP of Operations Assist with the on-boarding of new employees: Set up on boarding meetings/calls, create accounts and order swag and business cards Assist with asset management and the ordering of employee equipment Assist CFO with expense reports Coordinate and book travel and accommodation arrangements and transport as needed. Cover the reception desk and answer phones Build monthly slide decks for team meetings and newsletters. Assist VP of Operations with all operational needs Assist with internal projects as assigned by the VP of Operations Stock office supplies, fax/scan and notarize Assist Marketing team with planning, organizing and running company events
Excellent communication and organizational skills Computer, MS office skills Financial background is a plus but not required Bachelor’s degree preferred
