Cloud Engineer Intermediate with Pharicode, LLC tasked with performing Customer Support and Tier 1 System Administrator duties within the Pharicode Enterprise Cloud Service hosted in Microsoft Azure GovCloud IL5.

Cloud Engineer Intermediate with Pharicode, LLC tasked with performing Customer Support and Tier 1 System Administrator duties within the Pharicode Enterprise Cloud Service hosted in Microsoft Azure GovCloud IL5.
Responsibilities
● Daily interaction with the Microsoft Azure platform and ServiceNow for Tier 1 activities (servicedesk)
● Basic system administration including VMs, Networking, Storage, User Accounts, and Troubleshooting
● Windows and Linux (CentOS or RHEL preferred) server administration
● Familiarity with Information Assurance and Risk Management Framework compliance (STIG, IAVA, etc.)
● Data management duties as required (backup/restore)
● Familiarly with client-side McAfee and HBSS solutions
● Understanding of DoD regulation and standard operating procedures
Qualifications
● Maintain active DoD Secret Clearance
● IAT-II level certification
