As the Human Resources Coordinator with GlideFast Consulting, you will coordinate the Human Resources department for both GlideFast Consulting and Pharicode, LLC. with a strong focus on compliance.  Between our two companies, we have consultants in over 30 states- the HR coordinator will be responsible to assure all policies are in compliance in all states. This person will work closely with company leadership, acting as a key member and leader of the HR team, offering a solid level of HR skills and experience in support of key initiatives. It is expected that this person will be a polished, experienced professional who is technically proficient in the HR functional areas of documentation, policy interpretation, and general HR services. This person must be hard-working, flexible, innovative and energetic and be excited to assist our companies in our continued growth and success.     Expected Responsibilities:  Implement company culture, values and policiesCreate, update and maintain employee handbooks- keeping current on new laws or company policy changesSupport day to day employee relations issues. Coach and counsel employees as well as be a leader on employee relations matters when neededMaintain a consistent process for dispute resolution between employees and/or management.Support efforts to accomplish the overall goals and objectives of Human Resources DepartmentManage the bi-annual Employee Performance Review processManage Employee Job DescriptionsProactively look for ways to make processes more efficientSupport our team, be the first point of contact for all HR related questionsMaintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance reviews and PTO dataEnsure the maintenance of all personnel records is in legal compliance at all timesMaintain company organization chartsComply with federal, state and local legal requirements and enforce adherence to them   Requirements: At least 3-5 years of progressive Human Resources experience required in functional HR areas.Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development or equivalent.Knowledge of standard HR concepts, practices and proceduresExperience in an HR role in a start-up environment is a plusKnowledge of federal and state employment and benefit lawsStrong independent judgment skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks at onceStrong organizational skills and a detail oriented mind-setStrong verbal and written communication skills are required

Qualifications

Requirements: At least 3-5 years of progressive Human Resources experience required in functional HR areas. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development or equivalent.
