As the Human Resources Coordinator with GlideFast Consulting, you will coordinate the Human Resources department for both GlideFast Consulting and Pharicode, LLC. with a strong focus on compliance. Between our two companies, we have consultants in over 30 states- the HR coordinator will be responsible to assure all policies are in compliance in all states. This person will work closely with company leadership, acting as a key member and leader of the HR team, offering a solid level of HR skills and experience in support of key initiatives. It is expected that this person will be a polished, experienced professional who is technically proficient in the HR functional areas of documentation, policy interpretation, and general HR services. This person must be hard-working, flexible, innovative and energetic and be excited to assist our companies in our continued growth and success.
Expected Responsibilities:
* Implement company culture, values and policies * Create, update and maintain employee handbooks- keeping current on new laws or company policy changes * Support day to day employee relations issues. Coach and counsel employees as well as be a leader on employee relations matters when needed * Maintain a consistent process for dispute resolution between employees and/or management. * Support efforts to accomplish the overall goals and objectives of Human Resources Department * Manage the bi-annual Employee Performance Review process * Manage Employee Job Descriptions * Proactively look for ways to make processes more efficient * Support our team, be the first point of contact for all HR related questions * Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance reviews and PTO data * Ensure the maintenance of all personnel records is in legal compliance at all times * Maintain company organization charts * Comply with federal, state and local legal requirements and enforce adherence to them
Requirements:
* At least 3-5 years of progressive Human Resources experience required in functional HR areas. * Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development or equivalent. * Knowledge of standard HR concepts, practices and procedures * Experience in an HR role in a start-up environment is a plus * Knowledge of federal and state employment and benefit laws * Strong independent judgment skills * Ability to handle multiple tasks at once * Strong organizational skills and a detail oriented mind-set * Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
